Ken is a veteran Personal Trainer and Program Design Specialist - a true fitness professional that keeps the "personal" in personal training, remembering that every BODY is different. His goal is to provide long lasting support and guidance to the path of physical fitness and continual accomplishment of one's fitness goals.

  • Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for all varsity sports at Drexel University

  • Developed the Wellness Aerobics Program at Drexel University

  • Aerobics Coordinator & Asst. Manager for CIGNA Wellness Center in Philadelphia, one of the top corporate fitness facilities in the country.

  • Asst. Cheerleading Coach at Penn State

  • Head Cheerleading Coach at Drexel University

THE ATHLETE

  • Over 35 years of gymnastics and acrobatics

  • Performs around the world in a Strength and Balancing Duo act, KENiMATTix

  • Performs and tours with the Metropolitan Opera, since 1998

  • Coached, competed, and founded the SportAerobics team Extreme Air

  • SportAerobics Men's Individual National Champion, and placed 4th in the World SportAerobics Championship in 1999

  • Penn State Cheerleader 1984-1988
