It is often associated with the use of weights but can take a variety of different forms. Strength training programs include but not limited to cable machine, dumbbells, bands , and bodyweight.

Bodyweight Training
Bodyweight exercises are strength training exercises that use the individual's own weight to provide resistance against gravity. Bodyweight exercises can enhance a range of biomotor abilities including strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance.

Developing handstand progressions for all levels.
Core Stabilization
Strengthen your abdominals, obliques, lower back and pelvis muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do all physical activities.
Pre-hab and rehab
Pre-hab is a form of multidisciplinary healthcare interventions which dampen side effects of medical or surgical intervention. Rehab involves methods for retraining neural pathways or training new neural pathways to regain or improve function that have been diminished or compromised.
Post physical therapy
A continuation of supervised training activities and/or therapy to pick up where your official PT has ended.
